Love this game! Surprisingly (and refreshingly) good. I could think of SO many characters they could add…Gambit, FF, Dr. Doom, Longshot, Dazzler, Cable, Deadpool, Blade…just take most of the Ultimate Alliance1 roster and put them here…😊
Another important thing to remember when picking storm: You're slow af, your damage sucks, and you're a free kill anytime anyone sees you. I've only seen like... 3 in 12+ hours of playtime and each time they never got a single kill
In games with a lot of different characters I tend to try and main 2 of each main role, Tank, DPS, Support. This game has a lot of characters that can mesh into different roles which I like, I always enjoy generalists or unique takes. I feel if I decide to play this game I will main, Doctor Strange & Magneto (their kit is VERY similar in my mind), Cloak n' Dagger & Namor (Ive never been a "pure" dps player so the high utility appeals to me), Jeff and Loki (They just call to me in a way the others dont). Of course a select few other characters like Squirrel Girl, Black Panther, Adam Warlock, and Hulk I will learn a little of, incase my teams output is too low for me to be playing utility.
I always get stuck on healer i just said screw it and started maining cloak and dagger its bein a lot of fun ranked not so much nobody wants to play there rolls correctly
Honestly, i think most of these kits are way over engineered. I have had to reassign buttons for pretty much every character because theu have too much stuff going on. Coming from overwatch, the overwatch kits feel way more accessible and cohesive.
I love how some of the characters play a bit similarly to overwatch - and I mean this in the absolutely best way possible - even if some appear similar at first glance they each have a level of complexity to them and seem more like they take the best of some characters and improve upon it to create something new and original.
This game is Overwatch on super steroids, love the complex character kits, crazy mobility, great artstyle, 3rd person camera, destructible environments.. and the fun feel reminded me of the early days of Overwatch. I’m very happy about it lol!
Thanks alot for a video❤
If I ever play this game, I’m going to absolutely love using venom, his combos seem good, I spent most of the video strategizing how I would use him, I love the good coverage he has when utilizing frenzied arrival and cellular corrosion to get enemies where I want them, and finish anything major with Feast Of The Abyss, and I can use the symbiotic resilience in a pinch. I’m going to love this game after I learn his combos and learn how to synchronize w/ my teammates and jump in to take hits and return them with a good combo.
Squirrel Girl is my main main, and my other mains are Punisher, Cloak/Dagger, Hawkeye and Psylocke
The best part about this is that every hero sounds unique and fun unlike some other games...
Got into the game after never playing a hero shooter and iron man hadn’t let me down yet
My homie puts dr strange portal above the objectives and i put punishers turret on the other end of the portal and rain down hell from a nice safe position i recommend you guys try this goofy ass strat its so funny i cant aim straight 😂
He never said this, but as Banner, your gamma bomb recharges your ult faster when you’re hit with it, so if you’re caught in combat, spam it on yourself off cooldown to get back to Hulk as fast as possible
Thank you very much for the video. -A new player
I love playing as venom as my vanguard, Iron man as my far heavy hitter, mantis as support, and currently learning wolverine as my duelist
Started playing Hawkeye today and it took this video for me to find out how his ultimate worked.. In never even noticed the 'past' image of the character to shoot at, I just thought it locked the arrow onto the enemy as long as I was shooting close by to them.
Im so excited for this. They have some characters that are comparable to OW in playstyles but it so cool how they fit the character. They also have a lot of unique ones. So sicl
Thanks, very helpful. There are so many heroes. 🙈
I feel like Strange & Scarlet is gonna become a popular duo to sync ults with
Hard core scarlet witch main and I regret nothing
If anyone’s played Battlefront 2 before, Winter Soldier reminds me of Han Solo. And he was cracked in that game
There's gyatt to be a reason why I want to play this a lot more than OW butt I just can't work it out...
In order: Rein, Winton, orisa x genji, ball, lucio x mercy, sym x torb, widow [duh], doom, genji, moira, hanzo, ram tank form, junker, ram caster form, tank mei, dva, sigma x zarya, old doom, sombra, dps kiri, pharah, ulting genji, torb, echo, dps lucio, tracer, soldier, illari, healer venture, ana x echo, old mei, life, bap
My strategist main is Loki, this is my research video for my ultimate
I can’t seem to break 50 frag games. 49 was highest with Moon Knight. Venom got me close and Hela as well, but nope. Overwatch I was getting 80-100 frag games on release lol this game has a lot more “difficulty” off rip and I’m here for it. Very noice.
Rocking Namor, just gotta get my aim down
Aim is so important in this game I feel this. But I’m rocking moonknight and rocket
Punisher and Venum are my current mains.
The character designs are very nice in this game.
Hob / Green Goblin gunna be a menace. My spidey senses are tingling.
The tough thing is that I think I need to master one or two of each type to be a fully rounded player.
These designs are so interesting, I didn't expect that. Characters gamestyles from other shooter mobas seem bland i safe in comparison. Makes me think, that Marvel Rivals is more like DOTA of 3d mobas :)
Best characters I've used and managed to do well with are peni ,squirrel girl ,hawkeye and thor but being a trophy hunter I'm going to have to learn all
Already can’t wait for Ghost Rider and hoping it doesn’t take till next Halloween
I can't wait to get home and play this.
Just started, and so far my first hero i played is Iron Man. I love overwatch so ot was basically muscle memory that kicked in.
I love the idea of all the different abilities but I can’t lie, I love playing punisher as it’s a classic run and gun with with a big ass turret😂
Squirrel girl is very fun to play. Her super jump is very satisfying
Cloak and Dagger main 🙋🏻♂️
Multi versus marvel addition I love it
I always seem to be the only support on the team and Loki and been great for keep the team alive while still maintaining some decent damage
Didn’t think I would land here.. but cloak and dagger for support, Peni for tank, and moonknight for dps!
I always get stuck on healer i just said screw it and started maining cloak and dagger its bein a lot of fun ranked not so much nobody wants to play there rolls correctly
Going back and forth on sliver lol, sure I'm not great and have skill issue but 7 defeat in a row is rough.
So far the game is hella fun my only gripe is the tanks are too damaging to the DPS characters
Been mostly using hulk. I'm hoping he gets a buff. His jump should do dmg, especially when fully charged.
Psylock is my main, the sword dash is really good for traversing maps
It definitely raises the bar for what to expect from hero shooters in the future (especially with free to play model, 33 hero on launch, and no server issues .. they really outdid themselves)
There are so many games in this genre there will always be comparable kits
Me, a sonic fan at 33:37 CHAOS CONTROL! (JoJo's Bizzare Adventure time stop sound effect)
My favorites have been winter soldier and Hawkeye idk if it’s just me who does this but I’ll pick between the two depending on whatever map it is
