To be honest I tried the PC plate but Im having an issue with its pc plate the backspace and space bar is getting stucked. so I just used the aluminum. But Really I prefer Polycarbonate plate
I didn't adjust anything. It's just whenever I record my typing test, I turn off the aircon and fan, and record around 2-5am to ensure there is no other background noise. for the desk noise. I also experience that until now, the best way is (what I'm going to do next time) to attach the pm700 to a different table. To prevent vibration to go thru the microphone. In this video, I just try to carefully type and not lean my hands on the table as you can see on my typing test. Because If I lean my hands on the table it will cause more vibration. And also I will probably change my table to a very sturdy one that doesn't shake and has a better build because my number one problem right now is my table shakes easily.
Putting tape on the inside of the case also deepens sound

@@PJVC I see. Thanks!
How do you minimize background noise using Boya Bypm 700? I also have that mic but it picks up so much desk noise.
