I so love her presentation of her struggles with mental health and how she points out how easy it is for the society to trivialise it as a 'white thing'. Hopefully we can all learn a thing or two from this.
Africa is a no man's land...survival in anything is brutal especially in business and talent Till today I have never understood how Kenyans never understood camp mulla 🤦♀️ they were like literally one of the few bands that actually sang sense 😊 till today.. .they still make it on my car play list almost everyday 😁 And true seasonal depression is real...one of my friends once experienced it and we didn't know what it was. But Karen also needs to be careful with those mental health prescriptions coz they might end up giving her one label after another and keep her medicated. I felt sad when she got emotional 😔 But I am so proud of her and how she has stepped up to the occasion 💗
One word, you guys were ahead of time..
*She's oozing wisdom and knowledge. She's so real and I love her perception on matters to do with music and life generally.*
Powerful I really needed this, life can really swing in very many phases that people really never understand, and some phases can eat you inside out.
She carried the group on her shoulders. But again, the group was stronger together
They all played their roles well
