then flash using 3utools as shown or get .iPSW from within 3utools.

you can simply download the ipsw from within 3utools then import it now use it on second phone, it will show imported and you are ready to go.

No for SE 2020 the latest signed version is 17... So it would go to 17 not 16.

3utools can't bypass icloud... Where did you find this? You must have used some software which changes it and all.... You can try restoring the iOS version to the latest with the FLASH tool on 3utools..... But again , if you are bypassed you will again be stuck at the activation
