I was gifted that pot from my grandmother a long time ago, but it was given away, thinking it was cast iron, but that makes my mouth water thinking of the ridiculous good taste of that gravy.. That pot looked like a cast iron skillet with all the use.

Chef, using prime rib (or ribeye) as gravy steaks is pretty fancy.
I’m not fancy, I’m just a fella having fun with a food fire and phone camera. Therefore I will try this with chuck roast instead.
