My siblings and I together with my mum farewelled my father into his heavenly abode with this song at his memorial - it was so befitting and soul-stirring. Thank you for composing this. Much Baha'i love from the Fiji Islands.
So very beautiful song, which is presented highly uplifting. Yet, agree with Shamim Alavi, and hope it was pronounced "Ya Ali-ul-Aala" meaning "O Ali, the Most Exalted One", referring to the Bab.
I love it and wanted to download the audio from Soundcloud, but for some reason on this song there is no download option. Does anyone know why? All other Bahá'í Blog songs are downloadable on Soundcloud..
@@BahaiBlog No problem. Of course the real issue is that on this page it specifically says "You can also download the audio version of this song from Baha’i Blog’s Soundcloud page here:" and then has the link. I suggest you use different language here to eliminate confusion. Thanks.
It's a beautiful song, however, it should read "Ya Ali-ul-A'alá" which is an invocation that refers to the Báb and means "O Ali, the Most Exalted One", rather than "Ya Ali-ul-Alláh" meaning"O Ali God" which doesn't translate the original Arabic phrase correctly. "A'alá" and "Allah" are 2 different words and are also written in 2 different ways in Arabic: اعلى versus الله. I just thought it will be helpful to mention this as I hear this nonintentional mistake being repeated in many songs and it breaks my heart to see people singing beautiful Arabic songs not being aware that a different pronunciation of a single word can change the meaning drastically. Arabic is very different from Farsi and it is always a good idea to ask an Arabic speaker for advice when singing Arabic songs. Looking forward to your next project and wishing you all the best.
Só beautiful ❤️😢❤️so healing...🙌🙏😘....please check the pronunciation of the last syllable of yá ‘Alí’u’l-A’lá , not Allah, as “ALLAH “ changes the meaning completely...🙌👏❤️❤️🌹🌹
Could someone kindly write the pronunciation of all the verses, so I might sing this. Not speaking the original, I don't necessarily hear it properly when sung...it is gorgeous
@@christinafrith9999 It’s not a question of accusation or judgement or Divine wrath or forgiveness- ya aliul- a’lá means o Thou the Most exalted One, ( meaning Bahá’u’lláh) whereas ya Ali ul ALLAH, O Ali, of God...and takes away from the beauty of this beautifully rendered music...

No option to download the song on Soundcloud. Any possibility of changing that soon? :-)
No sorry. The artist has requested that we disable that option.

Hi Gary, thanks for the message. The composer of this particular song requested that we do not allow this song to be downloaded.

Yes, that’s what we were singing. 🥴 Sorry if it doesn’t sound like it.
Yes, that difference was very hard for me to get. It is not my first language, so, hopefully God will forgive me. 🙏🏽
