In April 2017, Hegsy and The Elements played 24 concerts in 24 hospitals in 5 days to raise funds and awareness for the All Wales Cystic Fibrosis Centre in Cardiff. This created a World Record. This song was performed at every show, and also at the tour's Finale Show in University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff with Louise Ryan Vocal School.
21 June 2020 is "Wear Yellow Day" as part of Cystic Fibrosis Week, so it seemed like a great time to release a recording of this song.
