Because the end result of TLK wasn't completely obvious to everyone (no curse that affects the whole town and restores their memory/no end to a sleeping curse) then it has gone by unnoticed. A lovely subtle touch there. :)
No, you're wrong, the curse is the curse Zelena placed on Hook. And the green before the white miss is that curse breaking. If Emma and Hook were meant to be and that was TLK, then she wouldn't have lost her powers and still would've broke the curse without losing magic.

i think the one thing that bugged me about this entire series of scenes was that she accused him of manipulating her into coming back to Storybrooke... all he did was find her and convince her to drink the potion to restore her memories (which took quite a while) he never forced her to go back.. she had the choice of staying in New York with Henry or going back and she chose to go back..

Zelena basically said, "You could keep your magic which makes you oh so sad.... or you could save the man you can't wait to run away from." Either keep your magic or save Hook. So I'm pretty sure Zelena drowned Hook enough that only a kiss from his true love could save him. Remember Zelena could only cast the curse on him after he declared that he was in love with Emma. It was the only way Zelena could make sure that Emma kissed him.
My response to this is two fold. 1) Oh my word, the Captain Swan feels! Please excuse me while I have a fangirl squealing attack. and 2) Zelena, there is only one person on this show who gets to call him Rumple, and it sure as heck isn't you!

It was TLK because, Zelena cursed hooks lips, he was being drowned and he only woke up after emma gave mouth to mouth because the curse obviously got broken. Curses get broken from TLK....
My thought, after seeing this scene/episode, why didn't Emma use her power to just blast Rumple and or Zelena to stop the drowning? Well I guess magic isn't Emma's go to, she's not used to it, but come on girl you went there ready for a magical battle. Use. Magic.
