One thing I haven't seen people talk about in the comments yet is the fact that while they are all wearing identical costumes and purposefully not mouthing the lyrics, their individual personalities on stage shine through super hard, and I think it's to the point that it's purposeful. That's a beautiful extra step to take the MV direction because it says that women in these subservient roles are still individuals with unique things to offer, even when stifled and suffocated under the foot of another person. It's about the artistry, it's about the concept, it's about the vibe. They don't have to put on tight and revealing clothes. I'm fine with women expressing sexuality, it's just refreshing to NOT have that centered. I'm tired of feeling like women have to be sexy first before we can even exist. So I love this.

Here again after the KGMAs and TBH ... i think this is the coolest thing they have ever done. So blatent, so unapologetic, so powerful. Everything from the styling to the way they arent mouthing the lyrics to the song itself has been so well tied together and is sosososo fkn smart. Like i HATED this on first listen when it first came out, but i was only taking it in at face value. This is a read-between-the-lines song and such a catchy earworm. 9 months later and I still think its one of my favorite releases this year and that Gidle has ever done.

Soyeon is a genius and she doesn't do anything by mistake. She'll always be my bias, though it's almost impossible to choose a favorite. (G)I-DLE is so talented. Every part of every song is always perfectly crafted for each member. They put so much thought into their art! Yuqi really stands out to me in this song/video and Miyeon had a great rap. I am so excited for this whole album. They are so unique. There is nobody like (G)I-DLE.
I'm loving this sort of "New Wave" Satirical style that (G)I-DLE are into writing since at least their last couple of comebacks... Everything feels like it's a parody of society, a parody of POP even. Like Jeon Soyeon is deconstructing the very fabric of existence and poking fun at it. That woman is an artist and she has something to say. Best we all listen.

Soyeon is a genius and she doesn't do anything by mistake. She'll always be my bias, though it's almost impossible to choose a favorite. (G)I-DLE is so talented. Every part of every song is always perfectly crafted for each member. They put so much thought into their art! Yuqi really stands out to me in this song/video and Miyeon had a great rap. I am so excited for this whole album. They are so unique. There is nobody like (G)I-DLE.

I'm loving this sort of "New Wave" Satirical style that (G)I-DLE are into writing since at least their last couple of comebacks... Everything feels like it's a parody of society, a parody of POP even. Like Jeon Soyeon is deconstructing the very fabric of existence and poking fun at it.
