Thank you so much for this. I know this must have been a class that was paid for at some point. Being homeless makes it difficult to pay for anything other than necessities. To be able to be a sponge and get educated for gentlemen like you is such an honor and privilege. Thank you again. I am non denominational but I LOVE learning ANYTHING truly Bible related and have so much respect for Jewish descendants and although I am not Catholic and don't observe all services, I have seen many a great Catholic minister.

Please pray for the Diocese of St Augustine, Bishop Elect Erik Pohlmeier is requiring that the faithful not receive on kneelers going forward in the Holy Family Parish in Jacksonville, Florida.

I though Enoch was the first person to be taken into heaven. I know the biblical evidence isn't as strong as that for Elijah; but all the same.

@@BronxCat Yeah, no one is really sure. The Church Fathers spoke of the 'bosom of Abraham' or what they called the 'limbo of the saints'; where all the OT saints had to wait, not in punishment or purgatory; but until Jesus opened the way to Heaven. However, Enoch, Elijah, and Moses are believed to have been taken there both in body and soul. Not sure why non-Catholics would have any issue with Mary being assumed into heaven as well.
