Aloha from the U.S. I'd like to see more sales here. In fact I don't know if they're available here. I'd be interested in seeing the available rack and pannier system if they're available. I realize you may not ride much off-road single-track for packing trips but my mind sees me using this bike for exactly that. Mountain trails within reason of couse. It'd seem a m6ch more capable for off-road if it had 8 or 9 cogs on the rear gearset, down to 36 to 40 theeth so you can actually assist the motor on climbs. Beautiful bike though and enjoying your videos. Not many English speakers making RV800 videos and your accent is very laid back and relaxing for American English speakers. Ride on safely.
Hi, I have some questions, maybe you can please answer. What do you think, what is bike range, in off-road roads or asphalt, but with a 750w engine? How does this bike function, does it have a "soft" start? Some bikes "jerk" at start. How does the throttle grip work, is it precise? What is the display, can I find a manual for it on the internet? I would like to know the settings-menu.
Thank you and I personally don't. I looked for a rear rack and it was expensive to connect a seat to. I ended up using a trailer instead as alot cheaper.
Great Video Johnny Nice bike I'd have to upgrade that as it has potential I now have a new bike guy more reliable than the last one so maybe soon I might look to get something like this and get it tricked out👍cheers mate
Thank you mate I shall be looking at upgrade options in the future if possible. How was old bike not reliable? Just wondering what other people's bike problems are. Thanks mate
As long as you don't ride it like a lunatic and show that your not using the throttle the police will leave you alone. They police are pretty clueless about the law on them in UK I was riding past a cop on my duel motor e bike and he told me how much of a nice bike it was 😂😂
forgot you had that cool bike, my memory is not very good this year. On google earth you can draw a route or line and it will show exactly how far that distance is, thats what I use to plan bike trips where range is a concern, also you can select show elevation profile for that route and thats how you can find the gradient of whatever hill.
@@motomachinezuk8786 I know your videos are not up to date but have you done any longer bike trips lately or is the leg still a problem ? I know last year you were getting to some further away locations like broadway tower. Would be nice to see you getting around to Woodstock area / past the A44 somewhere, its not bad around there ( I remember you went to the quarry that was pretty far ).
@ash0787 I've not been very far yet mostly because of time and stuff leg is OK not a problem now but I've still not pushed it much. I will be venturing further afield eventually. Woodstock and the canal I want to visit plus a few other ideas in the pipe line. Not sure this fat tyre is best. I hoping to build another similar to other I sold. I'm unsure as also thini8ng about selling my talaria now I can get back on it but I don't feel great using it now there hotting up on them
@@motomachinezuk8786 I know that feeling, I remember trying to figure out stealthy ways of getting out of town back when it was still covid lockdown in 2021. I think its a personal decision, you probably hear more stuff 'down the grapevine' than I would. I have seen a few ebikes around here, at least one with a BBSHD, quite a few premade 'fat tyre' cruiser things, but still its not an everyday occurrence to see a proper e-bike. I bet loads of road cyclists and MTB pros have them but sometimes it hard to tell because the motor and batteries are so small.
@ash0787 it's a difficult 1 I don't mind risks but it seems a bit riskier now just from the grapevine. I've only seen a few e mtb proper jobs and they are quite big so I notice quickly. I've not seen any surrons or stealth yet . Just got to be careful. I'm always looking for ebikes locally
Can they really only fit a 960wh battery in that big frame ? maybe the controller takes up some of the space, the battery size seems identical to my first e-bike, the blue bike with the rectangular X-Go battery in the metal case, that bike was only good for maybe 35 to 45 miles with just that main battery, but I also attached another 48v 14ah battery ontop of the top bar if you remember, giving it a total range of around 60 miles. I got to Great Tew and Tring on that bike but I didn't record those journeys. Also did you see that e-bike crash in wales in the news ? probably a Sur Ron ? I guess it was inevitable eventually that an e-bike would be involved in something like that, I didn't follow the story but it wouldn't surprise me if the cops chased the kids just because they saw them riding a bike that cost too much for a teenager to afford especially in a council estate sort of area, so they assumed the kids were up to no good.
I'm not sure of wh to be honest it's doesn't say. I shall do a proper range test in the near future but yes I expect 30 to 40 miles. That crash was a surron, their mum purchased for his 15 birthday and was taking a friend home when police gave chase, I don't think they had helmets on. Last year someone done a hit job on one and rode off in silence up north. They are getting alot of attention now
@@motomachinezuk8786 last year I think it was I was stopped by the cops while I was on my stealth bomber but that was because they were looking for someone and wanted to know if I saw anything. I think I will be alright with my mid drive because it looks like an old grandads bike from the 1950s.
I'm not sure if you know but I did/ recovering from a torn calf muscle so I've not wanted to ride off road incase I hurt myself more or even wasn't confident if I had to catch a fall. Anyway I'm going to be getting back on them asap. I need to go and strim and maintain the riding areas as not been for over 8 months now and all over grown. Hope you understand mate Cheers
Mate thanks for the reply that's awesome. Dam man sorry to hear that haven't seen any videos about it do you have any other socials we can all follow. Hope your leg improves soon so you can get to the off-road stuff 💪💪💙
In general, this bike has poor-quality components. The brakes are bad; I've already broken one. They installed an outdated and unreliable freewheel instead of a cassette. The rear fender is loose. The freewheel is already bent, even though I've only been riding for two months. This bike is not worth the money. It's better not to buy Chinese bikes! The build quality and components are inferior.
You know that you could change some cheap parts for better one? Ive change in my Crazybird from 7 speed freewheel for 9 speed one and instal deraileur with eclutch from microshfit. Its worth every peny.

Hello, I have the same bike, I bought it through aliexpress and I must say that I am impressed with it and its price. Greetings from Slovenia
Hello mate yes i totally agree it's great value for money at current price. I bet it goes up very soon, usually the way.
Cheers
Zdravo Dani. Kupujem ta bicikl ... bi lahko kakšno rekla?
Greetings, this is very beautiful bike. Can you tell me is it hard to unlock the full speed ,and is it in the menu when you get the bike?
Hi and yes it's all in the menu and very self explanatory once in it. Is a lovely bike for the money.
does this have a torque or cadence sensor?

1500 watt would be brilliant
Very interesting video! do you know if someone is producing a rear kids seat for this ebike?

What’s top speed after unlocking I’m considering one of these. Thanks
I think this is how, considering one myself. ua-cam.com/video/RJh9q05O7Bo/v-deo.html&ab_channel=Lankeleisi
Whether the Bike is restricted to 250w, it is still illegal in the UK to use a 750w Motor on a Bike in the UK.

Ah I see so that's wherei can work out the gradient of a hill. Cheers i shall check some out next time

Good stoppy! Can you rip those on the surron? My MT5 brakes are not up to it 😢
Thanks it's probably the only thing trick wise I can do on the Ron and talaria. Something easy to practice in the garden for me .
What speed u average in each pas setting 1 to 5
are you selling this bike?
What you going to do with the bike as you said you'll have it for a while?
What do you mean ? Just using it as my daily at the moment. I enjoy the bike
I'm just curious as how you managed to reduce the power of the motor from 750 watts down to 250 watts please?
Taking the piss for the legal.reasons
