This is a 2 year old boy in Argentina.
His parents were eating breakfast. He kept going outside.
They kept going after him and giving him orders like "come" "don't touch the bike" "Don't go up the stairs"
They never said how they feel or why he should not do what they were telling him not to do.
I may write about this more later...
