@@Whatx22 I didn't have my phone or smart watch to tell me our exact pace, but 9 min/mile sounds pretty close. It wasn't very fast; it was more like a jogging pace, in my opinion.
I know its been awhile since you've been to air assault now but if you don't have everything in the initial layout, do you get sent home? The layout including everything in your packing list. Thank you!
At Fort Benning, no. They have you lay everything out at the beginning of the course; anything that you're missing or doesn't meet their standards will be replaced with an MRE. At more strict locations, though, especially if they have too many people, they may only allow a certain number of items to be missing (or none at all). It also depends on what you're missing. For example, you're required to wear goggles near the helicopters, so if you don't have those, you may not be allowed to continue to that stage (unless they have extras). And while getting an OCP jacket replaced with an MRE isn't too bad, getting the ear plugs case replaced just adds unnecessary weight to your ruck.
Got my wings first try! Thank you for the videos! AIR ASSAULT

Was the 4 mile formation run done in the 2 mile track on zero day or somewhere else?
It was not done on a track. We ran along some roads, hit a predetermined turn around point, then took that same route back to the starting point.
@@ShadowFlyer was it really a 9 min pace or y’all were fluctuating between 10?
