Thanks for commenting! Good luck with your studies, my friend!! Yeah it can be hard to know if it's due to ADHD, anxiety, or other factors! Took me a very long time to realize that this is an issue I have dealt with all my life and has created a lot of barriers for me. The good news is that it seems to come with positives too. Like being able to hyper focus on something, being able to master multiple things in a short span of time (depending on interest level LOL). I think as long as the information is of interest, people with an ADHD brain are like a sponge, but if it is not of interest, it goes in one ear and out the next haha
