Good stuff!! One of the best comedy variety shows that was on the air. I remember seeing Phil Harris on TV in 1960's. BRAVO!!!

This was radio’s second funniest comedy next to Jack Benny. It was loud and raucous and bound to have you fall on the floor with laughter. I can picture some folks wincing over some of naughty lines from Phil or Frankie.

The best ones are when Phil and Remmly try to stick it to Junior, who ultimately turns the tables on them. A few of these are near lethal. In one, Junior sets fire to a house the two of them are in so they have to jump out of an upstairs window. In another he locks them in a cage full of lions. I once heard Phil Harris comment on these sorts of plots, and the fact that they got on the air at all.
