I recently started journaling and let me tell you i have never felt better!!!! I have been trying to journal 2x a day. I have a normal blank journal and a daily journal thingy. I have also been trying to workout 3x a week. I cannot believe I am saying this but my mental health has been sky rocketing!!! However, I think that focusing on your mental health will make you an overall happier individual and ultimately make you a more attractive person to be around. Mental health is so important and is crucial to living a full and satisfying life, as well has having a simple glow up.
