You may try this rotation:
Opening Rotation: Phoenix Storm > Ice Sphere > Frozen Spikes > Freezing Field > Frost Wind > Glacial Field > 3x Thorns > Frozen Spikes > Freezing Field > Instant Freezing Field > 1x Icy Shard > Hero Skill
Note: After hero skill here is a time frame where you can't gain hero skill gauge use this time to cast buffs and debuffs then repeat the rotation.
Also you may use instant freezing field to cancel out the chilling mist animation
