POV: You’re in a class training to be pro hero, you’re constantly overlooked and disregarded, you never get any credit. They treat you like you’re invisible, you try to become friends with them but you’re pushed away and forgotten. You stop showing up. One, two, three weeks pass and they question where you are at, but it’s not like they care whether you’re dead or alive. They go to your dorm and knock. It’s unlocked and there is a note on ground, it reads “I’m gone”, there’s no context hinting to whether you’re dead or just left, but they don’t care, two days pass and they’ve completely forgot about it. Weeks later there’s a news broadcast that interrupts everything else, or shows buildings crumbling, city’s collapsing. Pro heroes are no where to be seen, they send out the class of heroes in training to see what’s happening. When they get there it’s worst than what the news showed. A person skips out of a building that collapses seconds later. “It’s them!” One of the heroes in training yell. They start to chase the person running from the building, you turn around and the class stops, terrified,they stare, as you say “hey guys, long time no see”

This author is an amazing writer who can make you laugh or cry and her descriptions are breathtaking.
