Now I see the most recent big tourney winner using a divining top and also a memory jar for recycling stuff - any thoughts? Also is a dual caster mage/fork/twin flame/bolt combo of any “magna-tude” ? LoL
No, I knew he could win. The issue is that it costs 2 mana to sacrifice the Aura of Silence because of Suppression Field still being out. Wish you guys could hear our audio conversation.
Nice editing :) I really dont understand the abrupt decay play when you know that the Magda player had all the piece to win on the board Anyway GG to everyone
The player was probably not very familiar with the deck and looking to win on their next turn. But yeah when you know the magda lines it's like no no no no no!
I don't get how the player with suppression field didn't say something about how it's stopping a win at instant speed. My understanding is that he knew it was shutting down Magda
@@drew941 He probably did mention how it would let the Magda player win. I doubt the guy playing Heliod (knowing him from Twitter) would not say this kind of info. The other player probably did not believe it
Moral of the story: Whenever you remove a stax piece, you better be able to win on the spot.
that abrupt decay was a punt
52 Yards!
Even though I knew the outcome seeing that final match was still fun. I'm suprised at how short the over all video was!
Turns out cedh is a lot of thinking but fewer game actions haha
Thank you so much for uploading the gameplay onto UA-cam. Would love to see videos of the other marchesa rounds!
We have two on our channel! We also plan to continue building an archive of rounds from Marchesa and our other events. :)
Super vidéo, je suis très content de voir un québécois impliqué dans Marchesa !!! J'ai bien hâte aux prochains vidéos !
What a win man! nicely done.
I play magda in cedh but this combo was completely new to me thats cool!
As a magda pilot, this makes me so happy.
Yay
love to see the cEDH coverage!
I love to cover seeing your content.
It's crazy how often dockside extorsionist comes on the opening hand
Clean le edit big! Continue le beau travail!
Finally i found the coverage
We have some as well! In addition we will soon be dropping more into our archives.
What a kingmaker play, awful abrupt decay

The cool thing about magda is that she can pull out a lot of different combos!
Seems weird mono white didn't sac the aura of silence before the abrupt decay resolved. Guessing he didn't notice that magda could win if he did that.
Thats a good idea didnt think of that!

Yeah would have loved to have the full audio :P
awesome thanks for this
You are very welcome!

Being a tournament I doubt that you can take back a target, so maybe the politics happened too late?
@@EDHNeoRoyal Hard to tell. Would have to ask Mono White Guy how the discussion went, but you are probably right ?
The fact a mono red deck won the cESH tournament blows my mind.
Magda is nutty
yea...
Big GG! so glad to see Magda up there in the tournament! ❤️
