This is a great video for all ESL students. Thank you a lot for uploading so many efficient lessons which I can recommend to all ESL students whether they learn UK or US English. What's more, I think it is the best channel by far for people learning British English. Receiving proper education should count for something. I mean Anna is a well-educated person who teaches English properly. Kudos to the channel!
Please, we love enjoying Anna's class, even flattering her for it. Were I to learn with Anna English Classes, I wouldn't forget to give a like to my dear Teacher. So please give a like to Anna. As a usual good job. Anna. It is my opinion. If you want to go fast go alone, but if you want to go far go together, but go fast never you will never improve your bits of knowledge without help, go together you would get a hand at a time. So slowing down and listening to people who want to help does not mean being a bit awkward.
Aww ... My lovely! Not only a great and rich lesson of English but also a lesson of philosophy and a lesson of life, nothing less! I retain: 'it requires you to be happily vulnerable to trust in another human being.' and 'By embracing vulnerability, building trust, and being open to giving and receiving help, you can create a more fulfilling and connected life.' Your podcasts are so well written and delivered, Anna you are undisputedly 'the best thing since sliced bread'! Je t'aime. Un grand merci, bisous 😘🌹❤❤❤
Anna, this is really amasing program.I love this way of thinking. I am sure your heart is also pure and beautiful. I will try to ask for help without heitasion. Thank you. Tara.
thanks Anna, I am really really gratefull for the help your giving to us freely, God bless you. I"d like to know the meaning of base or based after a noum. e.g my students base.
Speaking of getting colds, I couldn't help but notice the whiteness of Anna's skin. That may prompt me to point out the importance of the vitamin D right balance. The vitamin D, which actually is a hormone, has vital impact on many proliferation and differentiation processes in our body including the immune system.
Scientists believe that originally black skinned Africans gradually, under selective pressure, developed white skin in Europe because of importance of the vitamin D. Our skin is protected from excessive sun by natural oils, melanocytes etc.
Forgive me Anna for my probably too long and complex development on insta concerning empathy / sympathy / compassion. I thought maybe we could simplify and find the subtle nuances thanks to the ethymology of the nouns and rather complex notions. In the end: Empathy Etym.: "what you feel inside". = "I see that you're sad and I understand why." It's the ability to feel the other person's emotions and put oneself in their shoes. We share their feelings because we can identify with them and understand how they may be feeling. Understanding is the base of empathy. For example, someone loses his job and feels distraught. We can empathize because we're able to imagine what it would feel like if such a situation happened to us. However, we feel a softened version of what the other person is really going through, because we have a certain objectivity. A certain distance between us and the emotions because we know that it's not we who are experiencing the drama but the other person. Empathy can be learned and developed. Sympathy Etym.: "that which one feels WITH another". = "I'm sorry for what's happened to you." Sympathy implies our participation in the emotions (positive or negative) or pain. We identify - sometimes feel - what affects the other because we are aware of what they're going through. There is an affective proximity with the suffering subject and we strive to keep emotional distance that enables us not to take all this emotion on our shoulders. In some way, we're sensitive to it, but nothing more. The gestures towards this person help create positive emotions, a certain relief. (as you demonstrated very well on the instag video) Compassion Etym: "to suffer with." = "I understand your pain. I'm going to spend the evening with you so you won't feel alone." Compassion is a feeling that leads us to be sensitive and touched by what happens to others (their pain, their suffering, their experiences, etc.). We feel the suffering. We're immersed in the other person's emotions, so much so that we look for ways to relieve or console them. The compassion is the transformation of empathy into action. We don't just stand by and do nothing by simply observing the misfortune of others, but rather live it and seek solutions. Compassion requires sustained emotional involvement. Although it's 'good' to feel compassion, we can't expect it to last because the emotional charge is too intense. Maybe clearer (presented like this) than my writng on insta, right? 😘🌹❤

Take care of your voice. why don't you wear a neckerchief? When you are used to wearing it like me, it is like wearing trainers instead of shoes. Be that as it may, you gotta wrap your neck.

I avoid being in direct sunlight to protect my skin, but I haven’t thought about vitamin D.

What is GP????
In the UK we call small local hospitals Gp most Gp do a small help
General Practitioner: a doctor who provides general medical treatment for people who live in a particular area:
Basically, your attending physician.
How are you
I like your channel but the ads are annoying 😢

Please teach advance English ❤
Very little sound

I don’t like asking 😢
🤍🌹🤍
I personally avoid asking for help. Advice, ideas, guidence - yes, help - no. Being a bit proud maybe. BTW, your voice is not sexy, just normal).
