I have a strange opinion on this; I would like to win and so a strategy to win sounds nice, but I like to play reactively to the changed map, and just trying to survive. Having a strategy is better to win, but I guess there are other factors that can dissuade me from this strategy, and just outplay my opponents by surviving.
Oh please try that against me. Any good player looks at the map and plays accordingly. I check for that every-time even before seeing this. But thanks for making it toxic.
I'd consider myself quite solid at Hex-A-Ring. What I do is start out on the far right, wait a bit until a few of the blocks are gone and you've done a few rotations, then move on over to the far left (the majority of the time, not a lot of players use the left side up so there will be less red platforms). I'd also suggest to always keep your eye out ahead to see where the gaps are and plan beforehand how you're going to jump, take it slowly and DON'T PANIC. Lot of the time, you will see players be eliminated as they panic and jump far too quickly and either overshoot a platform and go into a gap or throw themselves off completely. I find this easier to win then Hex-A-Gone in all honesty, once you get some practice in.
