Favorite gen 1 Pokemon has to be Blastoise. He's been my Ol' Reliable since the beginning & I've always thought he had an incredible design. There are plenty of other gen 1 Pokemon I love, including Star mie, Aerodactyl, Jolteon, Dragonair, & Clefable. But, my first starter still takes the crown. Funny story: as Pokemania swept the United States, I was only four (I turned five later that summer). In my very first soccer league, the coaches wanted the kids' teams to have trendy names, and as such all of the teams were named after Pokémon. My team ended up being the Blastoises! It's yet another detail that helped cement the big guy as my favorite starter & Gen 1 'mon.
My favorite gen 1 Pokémon hands down is Arcanine but you can never go wrong ninetales as well! Keep up the great work your videos have been the most relaxing thing i have come across!

I will admit that as a kid I loved Flareon because it looked so fluffy and comfortable, but Bulbasaur and Ivysaur have grown on me so much as I've grown up. Every time I go through gen 1 now I start with Bulbasaur and they're still in my top 10 pokemon of all time.

Favorite gen 1 Pokemon has to be Blastoise. He's been my Ol' Reliable since the beginning & I've always thought he had an incredible design. There are plenty of other gen 1 Pokemon I love, including Star mie, Aerodactyl, Jolteon, Dragonair, & Clefable. But, my first starter still takes the crown.
Funny story: as Pokemania swept the United States, I was only four (I turned five later that summer). In my very first soccer league, the coaches wanted the kids' teams to have trendy names, and as such all of the teams were named after Pokémon. My team ended up being the Blastoises! It's yet another detail that helped cement the big guy as my favorite starter & Gen 1 'mon.
Ninetales is definitely my favorite gen 1 pokemon but that flareon card art is pretty great.

I must say that my favourite card you pulled is that cute Cubone holographic, it just looks so beautiful and wholesome with it looking at it's bone and with the moon and the cliffs in the background!
I will admit that as a kid I loved Flareon because it looked so fluffy and comfortable, but Bulbasaur and Ivysaur have grown on me so much as I've grown up. Every time I go through gen 1 now I start with Bulbasaur and they're still in my top 10 pokemon of all time.

awww what a great video! i think my favorite pull has to be the charmander full art card. like the canyon and those sun rays??? also it’s so hard to pick just one gen 1 fave, but if i had to choose, i think i’d say ponyta bc she will always hold a special place in my heart as the first pokémon card i ever got! my childhood friend played the games and collected cards and would sometimes give me her duplicates, and i remember falling in love with the ponyta she gave me 🥹

My favorite gen 1 pokemon is the most typical answer, Charizard, but I have loved the character since I was 5! My favorite card from this set is the full art charmander card! It's so cute. My all time favourite Pokémon is ninetales and I fell in love with alolan ninetales as soon as I saw it too. Gen 1 will always have the best and most memorable Pokémon!!!

My favorite Gen 1 Pokémon is Snorlax. I love my sleep just like he does. I also think Snorlax has been listening to Rainessa asmr because he’s always sleeping.
My favourite gen 1 Pokémon? There are too many. I'm gonna go with Charmander, especially after seeing you pull such a pretty card of the Pokémon. The episode where Ash & Co rescue Charmander holds a special place in my heart. It was also one of my first starters. Just love the little guy. 🥰
I would say out if the 1000+ Pokémon Butterfree would be my favourite. There’s many reasons on why I picked Butterfree from the anime,bias and even how I just like the design. But I’m sure every Pokémon is someone’s favourite.

Those are some fantastic cards. I can't wait until this set is launched in the UK. My favourite gen 1 pokemon is jolteon. Which is actually my second favourite pokemon in general, my first being mimikyu.
