Nawlins can be tricky for Naive tourists so make sure you pronounce it "Nawlins" while you are there so you look less touristy. Definitely go to Cafe Du Monde and the Voodoo museum. Also keep in mind that the Sun is only 100 feet above Nawlins and will fry you to a crisp if you're not careful and there are mosquito's the size of small birds! LOL
I have been before, but it was about 25 years ago!!! I will make sure to make it to the Voodoo museum this time!!!😊❤️
I live about 1 1/2 hours from New Orleans…. And you definitely DO NOT say Nawlins😂 you will stick out like a sore thumb.
@@puglife99 I have friends who were born and raised in NOLA and still live there and they pronounce it Nawlins. I prefer New Orlins but I only suggested Nawlins because natives say it like that. BUT since you are clearly the dialect expert, I digress.

Ive never heard of the vampire cafe!! Its probably just a coincidence but im pretty sure the show "the originals" (which is a spinoff of vampire diaries) is set in New Orleans!! And im wondering if its connected or just a cool random cafe I cant wait to see!
