Try to only read the good ones. I also read this unfriendly stuff and it confused me too, in a way. But focussing on positive messages is very helpful. The others are just mental distractions. So, I am now consciously choosing not to read the confusing posts anymore. So I don't have to respond to them negatively (neither within myself nor towards the outward). Remind yourself that you can always consciously choose between what is good and what is bad for you. I'll choose the good ones and cling to them from now on. You should too. 🙂
