Have you ever purchased a Pre-loved machine? How did it work out for you?

      I haven’t but I’m looking to

@@ATMM514 be sure to ask the owner to show you how to use it. You could also ask if you could bring your own file to have the Stitch it out for you. Be sure to ask for maintenance records. Good luck to you! I was very nervous about buying my first pre-loved machine and both of my pre-loved machines have been fabulous!

I am selling the Elna 970 7 needle for $2000, which is essentially the same machine.

I just bought a preowned Babylock coverstitch machine. New in box, still had the factory sample in it. Never used at all. Works perfect.

Do you know how to find the stitch count history on this machine?

Thank you! I bought this machine from a post on Craigslist. I found my Viking used machine on an embroidery used machine market place on Facebook. Good luck to you and your search for a machine. You will love having a multi needle! I just posted a video on my first project I made from a loaded design with this machine yesterday. It was a T-shirt. I will be posting another video Shortly of an in the hoop tooth fairy pillow with this machine. I was very fortunate that this machine came with an 8 x 9 mighty hoop. I love it I will also be posting end to end quilting on a baby blanket. It is so much fun. Good luck on your search! I hope you find the perfect one soon!

Can you make construction caps 🧢 here?

Hi! No, I tried a structured hat/trucker hat. It wasn’t the best. I will post another video on that in the next couple of weeks. Be sure to subscribe to see that video. It does better on dad hats/unstructured hats. Thanks for your comment!

You’re welcome. It actually broke a needle when I tried and it kept shredding thread even at the lowest speed.

@@CrystalChristianStore Hi! No, I have not tried patches yet. I would really like to try them. I am thinking about purchasing the patch embroidery program from Embrilliance.

Hai mam how to fix the extra frame

    • @sewingwithmaryrose
      @sewingwithmaryrose  2 роки тому

Hello! There are a small holes on either side of the mighty hoop frame that fit directly into pegs on the machine. It is fairly simple. Perhaps in an upcoming video I will designate a separate video chest on how to insert and the frame. Have a great day and thank you for the question!

How much is this pre-owned machine and how can l pay for it

Hello! I purchased this machine on ‘’offer up’. This machine is not for sale. I have seen this model for sale used from $2000. - $3500 USD. Make sure to ask the seller to demonstrate it for you as well as asking for the service records.
I have also purchased another pre owned machine - my Viking Husqarvana Topaz 40 through Facebook Marketplace.
Good luck on finding a quality preowned machine. I am very happy with my machine. I did have it serviced before I used it for the first time. Around my area, a service can run anywhere from $150-$250 USD. That is just for cleaning it, checking it and maintenance of it. If there is anything wrong with it there would be additional fees. Luckily for me, it was only $150 and my local sew and vac shop that serviced it said it was in excellent condition.

I purchased New machine right out the box with a warranty. I would not purchase a used machine. I didn’t rent my machine.

I bought my first machine new and found that I could find good deals buying used. I really love my local dealer/repair shop. They are honest and reasonable. I too would have loved to buy new but I did get awesome deals. I even spoke with my local dealer about the machines I wanted to purchase used before I bought them to make sure that they could service them.
