Looks great, Tarah! I was surprised to see that you use OSB sheets because up here in the PNW those would rot in a couple of seasons, but I suppose with your low humidity and heat, they likely last a lot longer. Do you ever put down a waterproof layer or are all of your benches covered with just OSB? Do you know if they're angled at all to drain or is that not really an issue for you? Thanks in advance and thanks for making videos! I know how much work they can be even if they're simple; sometimes it can feel like a second job. 😊
We just shot some footage yesterday in one of our oldest greenhouses. It was built in the late 70's early 80's with the OSB sheets!! And we are just replacing them now. We do not put a waterproof layer. We are making the move to a metal open fence like material where we can.
In future videos you will see shelves that we have had for over 30 years that are made of the pressed wood and we are now replacing them. However we are in agreement, and we have recently made a move to a fence like material. You can see this in our recent Ariocarpus video. We just used the wood here because we had already purchased it and did not want it to go to waste.
I Built a wire bench last season for a cold frame to sit on. Gives good aeration and stops the slugs and snails eating my cold hardy cacti outside.

Do You sell your cacti??
Is that a mustard weed or some cucurbit foliage by your left shoulder: ua-cam.com/video/b_WDJnpTH8s/v-deo.html
If you are looking at the foliage outside, that is what we call Fourwing salt bush. It is a species of evergreen shrub.
