Good question. You shouldn't say your strengths and weaknesses in your opening answer. Save those for when the interviewer asks. Here's a link to my playlist that includes videos with tips for answering the strengths and weaknesses questions. I hope this helps. Good luck with your interviews. ua-cam.com/play/PLuAc3jLihl4BhZBv7xIEEScMs3mtZDft3.html

By "passion" it helps that you clarify passion for a major
Otherwise I might have brought up my collection of pebbles shaped like Jane Goodall. That'd have been awkward.

Thank you for this video.
I studied Pharmacology but I have an upcoming interview for a master's in Food quality and safety. How do I answer this?
What is it about Food Quality & Safety that appeals to you? Do you want to make the world a safer place? Do you enjoy solving complex challenges? Or is there some other reason you want a career in that field?
Start by telling the interviewer about your passion that makes Food Quality & Safety an appealing career choice for you. Then describe any experience you have related to that passion. End by telling them what you want to do next, which is get your masters at their school.
Does that make sense? Good luck with your interview.
