Probably the best sitcom ever made.Powerful 90- ies.Always catches me some desperate mood when I come back my memory there.Long live this decade not cause of politics but cause I was unworried little boy then.
I loved this series. The use of fake accents is just brilliant: English pilots speaking French with an English accent -all this while they’re using English! “Good moaning!” 😆
@@misterghee1 zou best kunnen. Maar hij had exact de zelfde houding,en liep ook zo te schreeuwen, met de zelfde blik in zijn ogen. Echt van het padje, Als je hem verkeerd aan keek, werdt ie gek. Verkeerde vraag stellen, was bijna ontslag. O ja, is afgebrand. Dat hotel lag tegenover het ns station.
No Rene was just on side Rene, he didn't want to be shot, that was kind of it. And both sides wanted to shoot him, so he just played both sides. But I actually really do like how they are portraying all of the Germans of just regular people too, who also just don't want to be shot and don't really know what is going on. But just follow orders because again... They don't wanna be shot. But aside from Herr Flick, none of them are really bad people, they are just incredibly ordinary and clueless. Which is probably a lot closer to the truth than most people want to think. Heck I even like the detail that Herr Gruber in particular is such a nice guy that nobody really dislikes him at all. Even if they are slightly put off by him being obviously gay, they still treat him really nicely and is never mean to him because... He's so nice and helpful! And well, if you read actual diaries and so on from the war written by the English, the thing they mostly wrote about the Germans, Germany prisoners and so on... They were just very nice and polite. Heck I live in Denmark, we were occupied by the Germans doing the war and the truth is that unless you lived in Copenhagen you weren't really going to notice because the Germans were actually pretty nice and just minded their own business at the beaches and so on. And then were generally polite when they came into the towns... So... yeah...
What's your favourite ever 'Allo 'Allo moment?

I don't get how everyone is laughing at how badly Rene is treating his wife Edith, such a nasty husband, and he is also mean to Edith's mother
It’s just a show. Relax.

Von Klinkerhoffen looks like Putin.
Ruined by the laugh track.
The writers of this series just mocked the resistance against the Germans.😅 Rene hated the resistance and was pro-German.
