No, but there is a mod called AzzaMod where you can unlock all items at once. But i'm not sure if this works only with the premium version which has to be paid. I only tried the free version long time ago.

Das Save File muss exakt im Ordner sein wo du es herausgezogen hast und auch den gleichen Namen tragen. Lass mich wissen ob es geklappt hat.
