@@ZainHallows I think its 3 as well, maybe there's one more but I doubt it even BB and DS1 have 2 form at most. The 2 omen in the video, and a dragon form that a reviewer confirmed to me.

They’re straight up buffing any type of build, 2 handing a great katana with overhead stance already seems like a solid setup with the new talismans

My only concerns are indeed power creep. I think the +3 talismans are okay, because everything creeps equally there and it might open up new playstyles, but some of the ashes of war looked pretty oppressive in PVP. Aside from that, if they include 1) a shop with access to things like String and Rot boluses, 2) some top-tier quality weapons to save quality builds from being garbage, and 3) a new, top-tier heavy armor set to replace those god awful goat horn nipples and still give comparable poise and/or defense, then I'll be a happy customer.

"by the utmost" I'd interpret this as 70 virtual dex. tbh might make mage a little more viable at lower levels
Yeah, I see it as a pure mage talisman - no need to spend any levels on dex if you aren’t gonna wield any melee weapon, but can still reach the virtual dex softcap.
Radagon Icon will stay useful for hybrid builds / spell-swords.
At lower level with increased damage taken?
I guess it's aight if you don't plan to get hit...
as far as damage goes, you gotta keep in mind the scadutree blessings they likely have
