I always loved this song--it was well suited for Davy's voice and he performed it as if it came naturally for him. Among seeing him perform solo as well as with Micky and Peter in concert, I also had the pleasure of meeting him personally. Davy gave me the impression that he was a warm, genuine person who sincerely appreciated his fans. For that reason, it made learning about his death more heartbreaking--I thought of the warm, kind man who was taken away from me. Rest in peace, beloved Davy 💔
