I won't have a sleep study because I live in my truck and can't plug in machine. I'm glad because I am exploring breathing options, dietary changes and sleep positions to conquer this.
I tried the machine long enough to fulfill the insurance requirements for payment, then QUIT due to my claustrophobia. In fact, I had to try the CPAP twice because of this problem!! Sigh.....
I tried three different masks. My eyes got so puffy that it looked like I got punched in the eye! Air blew in my eyes. I can’t sleep on my back. My mouth won’t stay shut either. I’m trying a dental device.
Not for obesity hypoventilation syndrome or for mixed sleep apnea or central sleep apnea. The majority of people that need cpap are overweight and just need to lose the weight, eat less and move more

Yes the air is getting in my eyes to and I already have a problem with one of my eyes
@ I got the dental device back in May. I sleep 8 or 9 hours now!
To me, CPAP-gas is a bitch!
