    Hi Dani, which muscle is the main one to use in correct backhand volley? Do you feel more triceps or maybe shoulder or chest when you do it?

      Hi hi hi! I am not an expert in the biomechanics of the human body, but I can tell you that the entire body is involved in this shot, when we do good technique in any sport, a specific muscle group stops having all the prominence and energy is obtained by all parts of the body. The main muscles, after consulting with chatgpt, are the trapezius and deltoid, the chest and triceps, and the obliques and rectus abdominis. Not counting the muscles of the lower body.

    I have the Babolat Air Viper and Technical Viper. I dont know which one would be best for me in the long run? What is your opinion on these rackets?

      Everything will depend on the type of player you are. If you want, contact me on Instagram and we can talk calmly there!
      Even so, my opinion of rackets is a bit radical. A racket is not going to make you play better or worse. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable playing with it, there is nothing more!
