- Back story: So Dove recently released her new single Boyfriend which is a bop and went viral on tiktok (and is her more known song to the moment). But with the release of Boyfriend, her older songs got deleted of her channel and streaming platforms (maybe a marketing strategy(?).
So I decided to compile all of them in the best quality I could find in one video. The thing is that i only got like 2 songs in lossless format, the rest were only mp3s. (And I probably have downloaded 50000 viruses because the pages were I downloaded them were- not like the safest web i would say). So it would be good if u give some support to the video just for that reason lmao

Thanks for doing this. I was never like a huge fan but I listened to some of her last songs & they are so good. Hope the mvs are hidden but not deleted & she will unhidden them at some point.

Yeah I mean I feel for her because she’s obviously going through something.. based on what she’s said about herself and what her dad did and just the way she tries to sound so like enlightened… and what happened to Cameron… I think she’s just broken right now and I hope she’s healing. I think atleast it’s good that people aren’t giving her the Britney Spears or Miley cyrus treatment calling her crazy all over the media

I find it hard to believe that she thinks boyfriend represents her better than any of these. These lyrics are much deeper and hit close to home.
EDIT: Guys this really wasn't meant to be that deep. All I meant to say was that these songs feel very authentic and the lyrics are thoughtful and real, which wouldn't normally be the case had this all been a facade/fabricated image pushed by her label. In fact, I would say her new image feels more fabricated and solely pushed due to the success of 'boyfriend.' She's now being nominated for best new artist which wouldn't have happened had she kept these songs as part of her discography. Seems like a profitable business move, and tho I wish she had gotten more recognition during this era of her music, I'm glad she's being handled well by her label, just saying.

truly as an artist myself i can tell u, sometimes we build up a complicated relationship with what we make, specially when in a diffcult time of ones life and a way of coping with it is denying that u produced or trying to put urself apart from any of it, as they are like a print of eveything u fellt and thought during that period, exactly because u dont want to revive any of those feelings and because u dont see urself in that position anymore as ur current self grew out of the previous situation... in that sense i understand it could be what those songs became to her and as much as we like them, id rather put her well being and her visition of herself currently first, it doesnt truly matter what we think even tho as public we may influence her sucess it those are things she doesnt feel comfortable having out anymore, its up to her and her artistry and obviously she can grow to be able to put them back but if she doesnt its fine too, she went through a lot already

if a few of these songs are about her past relationship with that dude she later made a band with it's not really hard to believe she removed those because they don't show dove now, they show a before, sad and emo dove

Cuz shes dead" Taylor has like 5+ different sounds and proud of it

The video for So Good was stunning, I'm lowkey pissed that she erased the work of all those talented artists.

Yes, that video was so aesthetic, I loved it for the simplicity but elegance it had. Only her with the camera turning around and those beautiful flower decorations on her body. I'm so sad it's gone😭

a official statement about deleting/hiding these songs. Bloodshot and so good and we belong and the others are really good, I guessing it was marketing strategy to attract more attention to Boyfriend.
I hope she re-releases them all Taylor Swift style. I had all her songs on my work playlist and listened to her every day and I was shocked when the songs were no longer available.

I group up with out of touch and loved it so much and when lazy baby came out, it was all my best friend and I listened to for weeks and when we belong came out I was obsessed. I cried when I discovered these songs were gone, they were on all my playlist and they were some of my favourite songs of all time. 😔💔

waste is one of my favorite songs of all time, it's so good, so underrated, i wish she didn't remove it because it's such a masterpiece and there's nothing wrong with going through changes but you don't have to erase a part of yourself to become the person you're meant to be

Thank God, I had downloaded the mp4 format of all her music videos on my PC. I did it because I loved her videos. Now, I really feel happy to still have those videos.

Her youtube channel still indicates 141M total views, but it's true the videos says "deleted by the owner" or "removed by the owner". I don't know what is going on but it's wrong for sure.
Also UA-cam videos audios are all compressed to 128kpbs or 192kbps max, even if you managed to export your video with a codec that allows a higher quality audio.
about the first thing idrk, and about the audio quality, i know that, however it will sound better than a youtube to mp3 and then exported again lol

@@Raphael-2 that's why i made it like this, i remember some old leaked songs (not from her tho) that people would only yt to mp3 and then re-upload them. Then copyright kick-back and deleted the og source in most cases and the videos posted would have an horrible quality

I’ve been out of the loop and only just now found these songs cause I looked up dove (since the 15 seconds of breakfast that’s all over tiktok has been stuck in my head on repeat for over a week😩) I saw the outrage online about the deleted stuff and I’m SO glad I checked it out! This resonates with me so much more than boyfriend or even breakfast. LazyBaby is gonna be on repeat in my house for the next month 😂

and now they're lost forever cuz:
a) all the links i find to download them are broken
b) western and japanese music has this stupid copyright shit that blocks ur video if u reupload the mvs (not all, but like 99% of the cases)
c) the little people that have them downloaded either don't know how to share them or can't upload it for the reason i listed before

2022 - and these are STILL her BEST songs! So pissed she stole these from us and discarded the work of so many other artists involved with this body of work. Like, why couldn't she just make a new album instead of robbing her most loyal fans of these songs/videos that we love! These had real meaning to me in my life at the time, and I feel that it was completely selfish of her to delete these. Tbh, it makes me not like her as much and I don't feel nearly as loyal to her now/her new work. PUT THEM BACK UP, DOVE!!!

Those were really good songs, lazy baby was the song I most listened to in 2021 on spotify, and it was depressing to find she deleted it just because of the release of boyfriend.
