Rachit bhai as an engineer I can assure you nothing can beat 100/130W halogen for H4.Not even Headlight revolution LED headlights. Not because of higher wattage but due to it's refector design. You know that reflector is designed for halogen. No LED light pattern can win against Halogen beam pattern in a Halogen reflector. Osram LED H4's are still no match for 100/130W H4.....LED's produce higher light output for lesser watt.... Approximately around 40% of output from LED will be light while only around 4-5% of output will be light in Halogen. Rest will be heat. That's why Halogen looks dull especially in 55/60W in cars. One more reason why LED white light looks bright is that white light is reflected from road direct to front of eye region while yellowish colour hits our side/down region of retina..... That's why LED looks naturally more bright than Halogen. I personally use 100/130W halogen in my pulsar 2006 150 ug2 😂 in which I used 2.5mm square wiring circuit on my own with Dual headlight relay.....I switch on my headlight in midrange rpm & high rpm.....on low rpm I switch it off as it cannot charge on idle......and I don't think there is a law in India for higher wattage. I checked out as there was a law that says dazzling oncoming traffic will be fined....Of course automobile industry follows 55/60W or 55W/55W halogen for cars with 12V battery and 70/80W for 24V battery trucks/ larger diesel vehicles.
As per motor vehicle act max is 55/60 W

Cars like hyundai have plastic dust caps instead of rubber caps like in mahindra or maruti....So, if you want to install an led bulb there, you will need to make a cut in cap to make space for fan in the led, exposing it to dust and moisture.

@@harshvardhansingh3895 I came across a product called "Ledriving" by osram......it comes in all bulb holder types like h4, h7 etc.....Since it has a smaller fan at the back, it easily fits into headlight housing and the dust cap also fits in place without any problem, just like an oem bulb.
The h4 bulbs pair from amazon cost me around 4k approx ( this varies from time to time) and is a nice upgrade

Yaar sabse pehle to aap bulb ko light bolna band kardo.. aap video technical information dene ke liye bana rahe ho to sahi terms ka to use Karo..bulb hai, socket hai itna to bol do.. itna bhi casual nahin hote dost. Ghar par chhote bacchon ko bhi log educate karne ke liye correct terms aur limited sentences mein baat samjhate hain. aap se dekh ke aur log kya seekhenge. Simple language mein baat karne ka matlab ye nahin hota hai ki to the point baat na keh sako.. ek choti si baat samjhane ke liye itne zaada words use karte ho ki lambe lambe sentences ban jaate hain.
Next for Tata Nexon as its stock ones are pretty weak

1. Is it legal to fit led light in reflector headlights.
2. Are you sure it will not blind driver coming from other side.

Using this lights in fogs of my Tata Tigor. They are very good only in dry weather, roads with proper reflectors/ markings. Once you go in dense fogs, heavy rains, visibility will be almost zero. In that case stock halogen performs much better. So if you have projectors, go for HID kit. they will be any day better than this LEDs.
I have a Tiago , just wanted to know what's more suited for projector setup. HID or LED? Also if I put LED in reflector for the highbeam will it be a nonsense upgrade or justified. Bcz in low beam projector am planning for HID setup only...kindly suggest a bit elaborately.
Very informative video, I have a suggession that you should have included some night shots as well. Then only we can get an idea about the beam pattern and the glare this makes. Expecting a video on the dash cam as well, because now days it is almost mandatory.

Bro I honestly used osram but when any car comes infront of us in low beam also I can not see the road it’s only good for empty roads but I recommend dhc headlight for thar it’s awesome
I just need a light which would throw the light on opposite vehicle's windshield when they drive in bright light themselves.
dim light put it on the road... bright light dont throw the light on the road... aim right a bit higher than the ground.

Putting LED/HID in reflector is also illegal. Can be installed in projector type head lamps.
Arre apne Karolbagh ka nikku bhai to bina wire cutting coupler to coupler LED headlight fit kar sakta hai, wo bhi full warranty ke sath!!

You shouldn't put led bulb into halogen reflectors as they cannot mimic the omnidirectional light output of halogens. The beam pattern will go for a toss and it will cause glare to oncoming vehicles. Never expected motoroctane to endorse this type of nonsense
So what would you recommend we fit if the stock halogens are weak? I have a Manza 2011 model and the headlights are literally non-visible at night.
@@saumabhobagchi5547 you should replace current bulbs with the higher specification halogen bulbs.
And if you want to go with the white lights go with the HID but make sure that it is installed with the HID kit. Otherwise it will be a waste of money.

Stock halogens or the std 60w is useless in highway conditions, a decent led like osram is way better than stock ones even in reflector setup, yes cheap Chinese ones will have lot of glare

You guys put it wrong. Take off the ring, put the ring on the housing, then lock it. Then put the rubber on the housing, and put the lamp on through the rubber hole. The fan is outside the rubber to prevent from collecting dust into the housing.
The way he demonstrated to install the LED is wrong. You need to remove the baseplate first and install the baseplate first.

This light is completely useless for me. The throw was very bad and light is like a torch.
Many people will be high beam which also one of the reason for accident.
Day or night ppl will be high beam.
Fitting is not as easy as shown in video .. bulb removal is shown but led installation is not properly shown..
