The kingdom of heaven - Wedding banquet and the joy it brings
Ten virgins - All mankind (wise and foolish)
Bridegroom - God not Jesus
Lamp - Soul of man
Oil - Divine love of God
Mid-Night Time/period - Darkness of the earth
As the oil makes the light glow in the dark, so also, the love of God makes our soul glow as light in this dark world.
