I have a kinetic home, when its really sunny or dark I have shutters that I can open and close and also 3 electric awnings. I also have a shape shifting kinetic RV (Motorhome) that has a full side slide out on the driver's side and a full length awning for sunny or rainy days on the other side.......Wow. Amazing, lol.

This videos acts like solid folding shutters are a new invention. The reality is they predate-glass windows. That French building isn't cutting-edge, just an ugly version of what might've been built 300 years ago.
