    This is pretty smooth

The algorithm showed me this video with absolutely no context other than the title of the video and the name of the channel.
I watched the video a few times and I can't tell which parts of the scene came directly from a video camera and what was partially or entirely CGI.
Since the channel name is render bricks, I am assuming the LEGO model was rendered, but it has realistic smudges on some of the bricks. Perhaps it is also real world, and the 3D tracking aspect is just putting it in a different setting.
So what is going on behind the scenes here?

It's a digital LEGO model integrated into a real filmed backplate with an iPhone. For the realistic lighting I shot a so called High Dynamic Range image of the environment at position of the LEGO model with an Insta360 camera.

The lighting needs some work, it's a bit flat and dim and makes everything look a bit too artificial - but the camera and materials work is certainly compelling! if I had the energy I would certainly do something like this for all my work. Alas, the flesh can only bleed so much...

Well analyzed! The lights in the HDRI of these scenes must be much more intense. I've had this problem several times because the Insta360 doesn't use enough f-stops to make the lights more intense.
