I am a recent owner of Mavrick 440, Both X440 and Mavrick are new bikes with new engine. There are issues in these bikes and Hero is not able to understand those issues due to lack of training to technicians.
I am facing headlight flickering issues since day 1 and Hero has failed to acknowledge the issue forget about rectification. My bike has been lying in a corner since 2 weeks with no action or any plan. I have seen multiple X400 and Mavrick with engine failure due to plastic Oil pump failure.
These bikes will take time to stabilise and more than that Hero will take time to understand what these premium bike requires to be sustained. The Service center will treat you badly just like Splendor you have to wait for 2 hrs just to get your bike’s job card opened. Consider Honda, Bajaj, Re they have better technical advancements and better customer satisfaction rates. These bikes are not splendour you cannot get them repaired outside and SC guys are not trained enough even to install a windshield properly.

Dominar's failure, especially post BS6, is due to Bajaj not providing more colours like Red and sticking with that gaudy green colour.
