    I have the same problem. The device was bought a year ago, worked well, and then suddenly began to show incorrect readings.
    When you measure body temperature, it shows Lo, and the cold floor (+23 in reality) is 227

      After searching on the internet, I found out that they often have this problem. I probably won't be buying any Mestek tools now....

      It's not for body temp measurements anyway it say so even on product sides.

      Maybe you have mixed up Fahrenheit and Celsius 🤔 also some devices show low if the battery is low on power.

      You must recalibrate it inside the menu you were in the video. Mine works almost the same way. It needs Cal A, B, C, E and F. You must calibrate 0C, 25C, 250C, 600C. I believe if some value gets overwritten or corrupted, it needs to be recalibrated. For that you'll need accurate devices that can produce the temperatures described above.

    HoldPeak HP1800 did the same …
    JUNK! The cheap prick pays twice. 🤦🏻 the accountant isn’t going to like this ! Ha
