It depends on the vehicle I have a Ford escape and that’s the only vehicle I own if it’s in the back between the Passenger seat and rear seat just barely and there is almost zero wiggle room.

The 24 looks like it would tip over in a vehicle if it’s not strapped down

Yeah agreed, it depends on how it's packed, if you have stuff around it, how heavy it is. It's more stable than it looks when full!
