King George whiting December 2023

Cape Jaffa is an excellent fishery for large King George whiting which are commonly targeted in water between 3m-30m. The species is one of the best table fish found in southern Australia therefore a demonstration from a veteran whiting fisho of how to fillet whiting ready for eating will be included in the video, find the link below to go directly to that section.

Whiting usually hang around the lighthouse (pretty known spot) or try 4-8m white holes around tides… if no luck find some random sand and drift
