He didn’t transport a gun across state lines. The gun he used was given to him by a friend who lived in Kenosha, WI. Please check your facts!!!
His mom said he brought the weapon with him , that she paid for , and trump is president , LMMFAO
Going by what his mother stated ,
Kenneth Lee We are talking about facts in evidence. Overwhelming evidence conceded by the prosecution. Kyle was legally in possession of the firearm and was not legally allowed to carry a handgun so he used a weapon which was purchased in Wisconsin and was not transported there by Kyle. His best friend purchased the firearm and it remained at his residence until the night of the incident.
Facts presented at trial. You obviously did not watch the trial. Just spouting misinformation to support your ideology.
@@westandready628 , ok , who purchased the weapon that was purchased in Wisconsin and not in Illinois , are you saying that an adult put the weapon in his hand , if so then why , help me understand ,
Kenneth Lee Yes it was purchased legally by his friend who kept it at his house. The reason the court dismissed Count #6 (illegal possession of a deadly weapon by a minor…plain language) because 16 & 17 can posses (but not purchase) a long barrel rifle or shotgun. The statute was created to restrict 16 and 17 year olds from using sawed-off shotguns or short-barreled rifles while allowing use of rifles and shotguns for lawful purposes.

It's a rifle. Kids from age 16 up can carry them under Wisconsin law. Keep in mind when you live in a rural area, everyone has rifles. We sometimes have to shoot rabid animals. We also hunt. So having that rifle (AR stands for ArmaLite by the way, not assault rifle) is perfectly normal. Also, he did NOT transport across state lines. The rifle was kept in Kenosha.
America's Rifle!
Kinda shady when the Mayor, the Lead Detective, and the City Attorney are all related - (family)...do any of you even know the area? Kyle DID NOT carry his weapon across any state line!
Stop talking without knowing Kyle did not transfer his rifle across state lines it was in Kenosha the whole time dummies get things right!
even if he did carry the rifle across state lines, that's not illegal, never has been.
I guess they are saying that you need a certain license to cross state lines with a firearm from illinois to wisconsin and you need to be at least 18 to have this license. So apparently it is an infraction, though a very minor one. They just focus on it because they want to call it an "illegal gun". Though, right, as you say kyle was aware of the law and thats why the gun never crossed state lines. People also seem to fail to mention that after that night with kyle the riots completely winded down, i think that was due to the criminals realizing that people may defend themselves from the mob. This is what makes kyle a hero in my mind, think of all the lives and property he may have saved from destruction.
@@haydencapps the gun never left Wisconsin. Bought, stored, and carried in Wisconsin. The only component in the trial that crossed state lines was Kyle himself. Everyone on that stage should either slap themselves for not knowing, lying and saying it anyway, or sitting silent after it was said.
A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right OF THE PEOPLE to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.
Where does this amendment have anything about age?
Technically speaking, the age of the militia members was designated 16 years old to 40 years+.
@@zagorith14 but it is the right of the PEOPLE to keep and bear arms, not the right of the militia
@@torquewench717 the militia ARE “The People”. The 2nd amendment ties the militia to the people if you read it properly.
@@Spushed EXACTLY!
Who is the militia? We the People are the militia. Just read the relevant texts surrounding the Second Amendment and what the Founders said about the militia.
Kyle had every right to be in Kenosha! During the founding of this Nation, all male's older then 13 years old was expected to fight war's! KYLE DID NOTHING WRONG!!!
Congrats Gutfeld! You now have 11 pm ALL to yourself. 👏
He didn't transport the weapon across state lines. He was supplied it, in State ... get your facts straight!
That Asian girl isn't too bright.
Kyle did not transport a firearm across state lines. Get the facts straight.
it's perfectly legal to transport firearms regardless.
The firearm never crossed state lines. I suggest yall actually watch the trial. He's going to sue everyone when he's acquitted
He was working, as a lifeguard btw, in Kenosha that day. that's why he was there in the first place but went to try and help the community once he was off work.
He didn't transport the gun across the line. It was at the house of his friend who lived in that state
The thing is, he did have good intentions, and he is in fact a hero. Also he didn't transfer anything but himself across state lines. How is that still being misreported at this point?
Right?! So stinkin frustrating!
Yeah the gun was at his dad's residence in Wisconsin so he didn't bring it across state lines..sham trial!
@@jannesasmith7950 The gun was from his friend (the one that in court tried to sold him out and got caught on that lie in court), but there's no law against his friend giving him a weapon in Kenosha. But he was staying with his dad in Kenosha the day of and with his mom in Antioch the day following. That's why every media outlet got it wrong.
@@blackonblack...9244 oh ok..thanks for the info. This whole thing is such an injustice
@@blackonblack...9244 They conveniently left that info out!
Amen, Judge and Michael.
Who were the city officials that blocked down streets and welcomed these rioters...that should be the ones on trial
He's an American hero. Thank God for Americans with an ounce of courage. God bless you Kyle and d@mn anyone who doesn't give you the respect you deserves.
Nice. Kid who was willing to take on more than any one else in his community at the time. He had so much positive initiative as a young man in doing what he did. Unfortunately he got caught in a mess that he should be exonerated from. In other words, I agree with you.
Don’t send back a nasty reply because you don’t understand.
I wouldnt give Kyle hero credit
@@loganw6156 if you won't give him hero credit
What would you credit him with?
He got the first ever Kenosha hat trick
@@loganw6156 You can give him a .... "he's a decent young man that was trying to make a difference and had a heart to try to help others and acted on it".... how about that?
@@americanpatriot7247 I believe he's a hero for helping out not for killing people. He was defending himself. He's not a murderer but he is a killer. I'll defend what he did but I wouldnt give him a "hero" status. I think it sends a mixed message to people .
Kyle "took out the trash", we need more people like him.
Truth did the world a favor!!!
Tucker Carlson: “The first victim died like he lived, inappropriately touching a minor”!! Gold!
He just defended himself from a crazy person. You have to be crazy to threaten and chase someone with a loaded rifle.
@@papasfunnyfarm9703 That along with the prosecutor's face palm when his key witness admitted he pointed a gun at Kyle..
In a civilized society? No. We do not. We need political leaders doing their jobs. Not 17 year olds making bad decisions by walking around a highly politically charged riot... Where are the adults in the room?
We love you Judge Janine. You need to go to Washington DC to clean that City and then come to CA
He didn’t travel across lines with a gun. The gun was at his friends house. He was legally aloud to carry it.
It has been clearly established he did not transport the gun across state lines you really should know that especially after today's trial
The gun was at his friends house in Kenosha. Kyle didn't transfer the gun across state lines. Get your stories straight!
How do you know?
@@nataliewalton5118 Because that’s a verified fact.
@@nataliewalton5118 one could start by watching the trial, but then again, that info was already out in 2020.
Greg messed up on it to 3:10
@@lilbyrd27 I don't think these people are "messing up". They kept saying he crossed state lines all day AFTER saying they were watching the trial. The awake world knew in 2020 that the gun never left Wisconsin, and it came out again, several times, during the trial. Judge Jeanine half-heartedly checked this on Tucker's show, but let it ride on The Five and Gutfeld. Fox is controlled opposition, they know exactly what they're saying and I hope Kyle Sue's them, too.
IF there is one thing Kyle taught us its..... Never bring a skateboard to a gun fight!!
I love this show. I look forward to them every night 💖 he had every right to be there. His father lived a few streets away.
He would be beaten up or dead if he didn't have his weapon. His age doesn't matter, its how mature and responsible he is with the weapon. Here in the Midwest we are taught how to be responsible with weapons at a very young age
Same in “Appalachia West” (CA’s Central Valley), at least back in the 70s on the farm. Took hunter’s safety class in 6th grade.
Agreed. Same here in the South too.
