This year you've grown a lot as a person and a lifter. It's been awesome to see. I think working with the RP group has helped you get to the level you're at now and future levels you're going to redefine. Keep up the awesome work.
Nick really is showing us quality bodybuilding here , tips we often forget when we start getting into our ego and lifting maybe more than necessary. Gotta try the push down more strict too
Wise and humble beyond your years Nick. I'm nearly 46 and am still hungry to learn and progress, thank you for sharing your insights and thoughts bro :)
Love this tip for aiming to squeeze the elbows together and feel the chest contraction. I've been focussed on this now for 3 chest sessions and can absolutely feel the difference!
Nick hooking up with the RP crew is a great move. Lifting like they are teaching you is going to bring out your best ever. Excited to see how you look at the Olympia! The app is awesome for sure. I’m loving how your workouts adapt to you and keeps you improving.
I gotta say i started watching you after the Arnold win the olympia ive seen every video posted love em the change in your shape has just been crazy how much your waist has shrunk and taper has popped its amazing the chest roundness from upper to lower it is really noticable looking great
How can you not like Nick, seems all around nice dude. the training tips are always good to listen too aswell. i train already the way hes saying too which works
I fukn love this way of training and mindset... ever since i saw nick doing the controlled movement i literally obsessed with it. Yes you'll lift a bit less plates but you'll feel from the soul of those muscle and it helps with that crazy mind-muscle connection. Would love to see you take the stage man☠️ keep the shi* goin man! Wish you luck!
My brotha... I've been trying to find what works for me, I started following your advice about controlling the weight and controlling the descent. Dude... Great advice!! I love the humility too. Rock it bro.
Genetics, diet, rest/recovery & training it properly is the key to growing it and anything else. People way over complicate things & think there's some super secret thing that makes some people grow and progress and others not
I like all your videos very helpful. Always provide great information. Loved the part about ego lifting and shoot for the range from 12-15 that’s great !
Always enjoy your honesty and your experienced opinion of what has proven to work for you. Much of what you say would work for anyone. See you in that number one spot in the next Olympia 👊
The elbows together method on the pec deck is the only way to contract those muscles. I use the style pec deck with the pads on the arms, not the handles. That way, I always pull in with my elbows. I get a better contraction with that machine.
I lowered the weight a little bit on all my sets and did them slow, controlled, and until failure and damn that pump hit so much harder, also the pec deck tip 1000000000% recommend
Great job Nick explaining this brother🫵👍! I know it works better than heavy sh** lifting cause I’ve done it but only got injuries from it and then your REALLY F’d ! So, after just weeks of doing your style my strength in controlling weight that I couldn’t before was mind boggling period. Like you said before the strength gains just keep going and going and going until you wonder when is it going to stop. Like for example, my legs front AND back is bigger than ever before and dude I have lifted for over 20 years now and always had major problems getting my legs to grow but not anymore. Even now after two months of doing Jay Cutler’s fit for 50 but mine is 40, I’m not doing ANY leg presses AT ALL so I can do cardio more often but my legs are STILL huge and maintaining the size from the stair stepper but when I was training them my lying hamstrings curl DOUBLED in poundage. Thank you❗️
"No need for ego-lift" I like that phrase. Lot of guys at the gym don't know how to train and they think that the key to growing is lifting massive amounts of weights 😮
Nick is definitely a student of the iron game. He’s redefining simple exercises like the dumbbell press. Diet on point. He’s going to get top three if not the Sandow. My concern is with all the deaths recently in bodybuilding he’s walking the razors edge. His frame is carrying so much mass when he speaks his breathing is labored. Who knows what’s going on inside his body.I bet his blood work tells a totally different story. My opinion is win the Sandow and down size and do what Jay cutler did. Build his brand and make a living that way. Not worth it to die at an early age for this sport. Nick is a fan favorite loved by millions. He has nothing else to prove. He will always be the mutant. But live to reap the benefits of all your hard work and dedication. My opinion of course.
Its all genetics ive seen it many times if you have normal run of the mill genes and have a perfect diet train well sleep well etc etc you wont look as good as someone with great genes on a rubbish diet and lifestyle. The main reason the supplement industry is worth so much is due to this.❤
I weigh 180 and i flat bench 150 bar and 50 lb dumbbells on incline, my chest is so swollen after it takes me ten minutes to start on shoulders, im 36, back 15 years ago i benched 315-405, but now that im older i dont really care about how much i lift but what im doing with the weight im lifting, i still want to be lifting when im 60

Thank you for taking the time to explain it. I really am feeling like my chest has plateau. Maybe I need to lighten up the weights too.
Go Nick, Go! Hulk Smash!
Spot❤ on NICK, the best are the most technical. The bi ceps cross over the chest to get that contraction. …
Nick Walker will win a MR Olimpia before he retires. At least one maybe more.
NICK IS A SUPER COOL DUDE
Hi Nick, control the lowering and explode up. Can this be said for all lifting work including the chest then?
