This song depresses me in the most beautiful of ways.
Starfucker is one if those rare bands where I can listen to all their albums and never get tired of them. Their lyrics are beautiful, the beats/melodies always deliver, and they are able to adapt and evolve rather than sticking to what they're comfortable with. Keep doing what you guys are doing. One of my favourite artists.

I've never found any band like strfker. Usually when I find an artist I like I always end up disappointed by most of their songs but I literally love every single song I've heard till now by strfker. Such perfection

I see what you mean about that sexton blake sound. I feel like it's an amazing blend of some of their earlier sounds, but more polished off with the addition of new spacey synths that really give it bass and body

Sounds a bit more 'spacey' than when they played this live on KEXP. Might just be because it was live, but I have a feeling they changed the album style a bit. Never Ever's artwork (which was released more than 6 months ago) looks very different from this album art. Still, they're all awesome.
Also, the guitar style in the beginning reminds me a bit of Sexton Blake (Josh)'s cover of Bette Davis Eyes.
Gonna check out that performance. I love the KEXP shows. Never Ever was a single though which usually has way different artwork than the album.
