Thank you so much for sharing your experience with getting a smear test (or Pap smear for Americans). I find so many people say it’s not painful at all, so when women do have pain when they go they think something is wrong. Everyone is different and I agree with you, in my experience it makes a huge difference how gentle the doctor/nurse is. Either way, so important to get them done. But I also think it’s important for women to understand that it might hurt. That doesn’t make you weird or abnormal. And that doesn’t mean anything is wrong. As always…LOVE the vlogs!
what you said about hair is completely correct, when my hair is dead at the ends it doesn't hold curls well at all, when it's freshly cut it's perfect 😍🤩
Thankyou for sharing about your smear❤ I had cervical cancer and thankfully I’m okay now but I had to have chemo and everything and if you catch it early, they say it is all most curable xx it’s all about catching it early ❤ so please don’t worry about going to hospital, but I do understand that’s easier said than done, but they may just say you need a laser which is not painful, just a little uncomfortable and then they will keep an eye on you❤so please don’t worry and Thankyou for sharing as it’s so so important for girls and woman to have their smears❤ loved the dresses and the vlog Thankyou Kate! Hey Kate, two of my good friends had abnormal pap smears, one of them turned out to be cancer. Both of them were around mid 20s when they had those results and both only needed a small, quick procedure and are both fine now. The friend that had cancer is now 5 months pregnant too! Wishing you all the luck for your appointment!

Try not to worry about your hospital appointment. If you need the treatment to remove cells, it’s not pleasant but it’s fine and you’ll be more than fine. Just be kind to yourself after it and treat yourself lots. I’ve had it twice now and having a day or two away from the world cosied up with goodies is the cure 😉🫶🏻 love your content… keep up the amazing work x 😘

Hey Kate, my first ever smear test came back as abnormal and I had to go through the whole process of getting a biopsy and then having a small surgery to remove the abnormal cells. The process went really smoothly and was really quite easy and I’ve now had my regular smear 5 years later and it’s all completely normal! I hope that helps to ease your mind a little. Xx

Something else we as women don’t always keep up with are SELF breast checks. I found my breast cancer by a self check and had I waited for my next mammogram, my cancer would have been terminal. Please, please ladies love yourself and your body enough to check yourself frequently. You need to know what your normal feels like so that if you feel something that is not normal you can address it as quickly as possible. Time is precious and of the essence. Treatment sooner rather than later is key and of utmost importance. Love yourself and those who love you by taking care of yourself, always.

I had a smear test last Friday and yes it hurt. Smear test always hurt. It is good to get a smear test to check health. I love sports cars and yes I am part of two car clubs.❤

Smear tests are bloody awful, it's the scraping bit that hurts me. It always leaves me bleeding for a few days afterwards too! Thank goodness it's only once every 3 years we have to have them! Xx

Oh no…you’ve lost touch with reality. A £24 150ml hair product is not “very inexpensive” 😬. Please remember you are on a much much higher wage than the national average, whats not expensive for YOU, is not considered generally inexpensive.
The range inexpensive compared to its competitor products on the market such as Olaplex. I have had / used this product for well over 6 months and still have a lot left in it! So I would argue value for money is good 😊
Such a shame that the dresses are made of polyester!
