So happy to see the EY A380 back in service. Glad I managed to get into one during my CDG-AUH flight some years ago. Hopefully it could be dispatched to more destinations.

I’ve been in the lower deck of the A380, and since it’s such a great thing they are returning it, I hope that one day I might get a chance to look at the upper deck.

I’m so happy A380 is back! When I grow up I dream to be an Etihad pilot for a plane similar to the Boeing 787! I also have a Dream that i could be invited do the training center (I live 5 minutes away to it) and fly an A380 simulation. 😊
I love Etihad! It is such a safe and luxurious aircraft, I will fly on the A380 in 20 days! Also I’m on vacation and I got economy class seat, it was so comfortabel!

I did booked 5 tickets last week and today I saw prices dropped with the conclusion that I payed 500 euros more. Very disappointing and this will be my last time traveling with Etihad. Anyways I will leave my 500 euro for company charity for the next little crisis because You did not loose only 5 clients but a big community of 5000 people which I know and work with. Ciao

But at the same time I feel sorry for everyone who has to use Etihad's customer service: almost 185 hours ago I accepted your offer for a refund because of YOUR flight cancellation, at the latest 72 hours later you wanted to contact me - and: NOTHING!
