Nice one Did it twice, one with wearing weights (5kg vest + 1kg per ankle) incl 7,5kg db. Second time without vest but with ankle and of course 7,5kg db 💪🏼
I really love this HIITS! I'm a skinny fat sufferer so I've been doing the dumbbell exercises really slow to increase time under tension. Does that sound like a good idea? I'm a complete novice! Thanks for any replies 😊
I one of the domestic articles, i read that according to a coach, there is no point in the world in doing esparate abdominal muscle exercises, because no matter how many thousands we do, it will never produce results, and anyone who thinks otherwise is considered an idiot. I had to share this!! And such a person wants to encourage others to move!!😝 Well, yes, we have many similar to this!
