Granite or marble is also eco-friendly. For the price you are quoting, atleast good quality of granite could have been used for flooring. The granite countertops is very thin. It looks like the house is built in 25% of the total cost that is being asked for.

10:55 pooja room is too compact .. I think there was no need of a pooja room... It is kinda congested ... We can create pooja room on ground floor .. with plants natural 👍
My dream home, loved each and everything
Like how they have used all natural materials to cater to hot summer.BUT the finishing is so cheap, kitchen cabinets looked fake. Ceiling is low which will definitely trap heat. Design is good,but at good price point maybe a good house for some people. They need to improve the showhouse or not a lot of these will sell for a certain group.

Sustainable my foot; glass staircase won't last few years and the ground is not even elevated; during monsoon water will come inside. That's why it's better to buy plot and make yourself. Given that this is Bangalore the cost will be an arm and leg anyways. Designer must be from tier 4 college ; 70% of terrace space is wasted due to complex structure instead of simply giving a flat open area for owners to customise as per their needs.

Interested if below 1crore. The location seems to be off the city and property is not in a gated community. Issues of security & maintenance are equally important as Structure & design. One wouldn't want unscrupulous elements banging on one's door in the middle of the night.
