So it was probably never explained to him he just knew his mom was killed and doesn't know who did it.

I've always been interested, why did Tempest turn orange when Foxfire chomped on his neck? Was it just foreshadowing/clue or does he actually have the ability to change his pelt color out of fear or whatnot. But I LOVE how much you tell a story in only a few seconds and not mash it together so much that its all over the place ♡ SO sucked in to this mini series!!

So I'm guessing Cinnamon is the mother of Nighthawk but was killed by Tempest, most likely because of expressing frustrations for him getting with Mourning Dove. I assumed this because Nighthawk looks similar to Tempest and is obviously younger than him. Also this is the only murder that has no clearly stated motive. Cinnamon/Nighthawk also appear to be kittypets of some kind? (the background in one of the "Just Like You" shots suggests this but this is another thing I'm not sure about). Anyways, if that's true it means Nighthawk is a horny a**hole and this shit is on repeat because, as shown in the "Catch Me" animation meme video, Mourning Dove gets pissed at him for flying around romantically with Sea Breeze after she told him she was pregnant (at least the way the scene was portrayed in that video seemed to make sense that way) and he aLSO kills her but is now able to murder her kits since they're right there, too. That part is pretty straight forward (and the kits getting yeeted out of the cave is, too ;-;), resulting in Morning Dove trying to do anything to save her kits (she catches one-- haha get it "Catch Me" -- that kit is Fox Fire) but obviously she can fly so Tempest heads on down to finish the job and make sure Mourning Dove stays dead (cause he doesn't really need to worry about any of the kits-- he probably didn't even know Fox Fire was alive until he notices Nighthawk trying to take care of her). Yada yada, Nighthawk calls him out, bada bing bada boom he hits the dead and Fox Fire, karma incarnated, notices :) Fox Fire also knows that he's daddy dearest (idk how but I can't really back out of the plot at this point I love a good story too much) and has tried to gain his favor until she saw Nighthawk getting killed by him, in which she decides to choose violence from now on. This story is pretty freakin good (if you couldnt tell by my ENTIRE ANALYSIS that i tried to resist making, i swear). Keep up the good work :D . I'm interested to see what will happen next since Sea Breeze will still be alive but the cycle won't repeat so maybe she'll be able to have kits and Fox Fire can heal emotionally? I'm staying tuned.

Don't feel horrible for the past, feel proud of how you are right now, you're empathetic, you're remorseful, and you have the guts to recognise when you do something wrong. SO many people in the world aren't able to do that and refuse to accept responsibility for their mistakes. And congratulations on figuring out you're actually nonbinary, that's a whole other journey in itself.
